Wok This Way 2 – Friday Sept 22nd – 6pm – 9pm
What is wok hei? The renowned Michelin Guide says it comes from a “complex interplay of factors that is part science, part art, and part magic.” Stir-fries with wok hei are sublime, and the only way to get it is through heat — lots of intense, high heat. If you’ve never seen it in action, join us on Friday, Sept. 22 from 6-9 p.m. in the Cabots’ backyard for Wok This Way 2!
Three chefs (the Wok Brothers), three wok burners, four dishes in a pop-up, outdoor Chinese kitchen. Super tasty, authentic, and full of wok hei. If that’s not enough, GSB’s mad mixologist, Ed Chen, will be making a cocktail tailored to the meal.
