About

GraceTeens is a ministry within Grace South Bay Church for both junior high and high school students. We exist to know Jesus and to make Jesus known here in the South Bay. We believe that through the teen years many of us develop questions about our faith and our identities. Our Youth Director, Xavier, and his leadership team are committed to helping our teens try and put the pieces together to their own faith journey.

We focus on three essential elements in our ministry, we call it W.W.W.

Word
We gather in community to know the Word of God, which we believe is Jesus (John 1, Hebrews 1).Our teens are involved in our Sunday worship service and our five other groups that meet throughout the week.

Work
We trust that Jesus is working in and through our teens. One of our goals is to confirm the work that God is doing in our teens by pointing them to God’s faithfulness in their lives, we through this in discipleship that comes in many forms.

World
Jesus commanded us to go into the world and tell about His goodness. Here at GraceTeens we want to be intentional about living for a story greater than our own, so we look to be the kind of people with winsome and grace that tell others about the hope we have within. GraceTeens does both local and global missions from San Jose to the ends of the earth.
